All prices listed on the website are retail prices. We do not accept COD's and all orders must be prepaid.
Payment Options:
Option A
Print a copy of the Product Order Form. Fill out the order form and mail with your check or money order, drawn on USA funds; make payable to Trudy Beard Designs.
*We are unable to accept credit cards orders when using this option.
Option B
Use the PayPal's online service for payments. This allows you to charge your order using one of the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and Discover. This is the only option available to customers residing outside of the United States.
When ordering from outside the United States:
Call or email for shipping information.
Refunds
No returns, refunds, or exchanges on books or packets.
Price Changes
All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices in effect at the time an order is placed, and paid in full, will be honored.
Wholesale Customers
Prices listed on the website are retail prices. Discount rates are available for quantity purchases. A minimum order of at least 3 of a kind with a total of 12 packets or books is required on all wholesale orders. Call or email for information.
Sales Tax
Illinois residents must include a sales tax of 7.25% on the total purchase.
